Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Receive Confirmation: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Pack Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or materials that came with it.
4. Ship the Item: Send the return to the address provided in your return authorization. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item unless we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item (size, color, etc.), please follow the same process mentioned above. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
